I'm Yoko and a portrait photographer based on the Gold Coast. From headshots to weddings, I love capturing all genres of photography. My biggest passion is helping women feel good about themselves and love who they are through my photography.
I've heard that 99% of people feel they're not photogenic and, as a result, feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, just like me!
My mission as a photographer is to make you feel at ease and capture the most confident and beautiful photos of you.
Last year marked my 10th anniversary in photography, and it's been an incredible journey. Photography isn't just a job for me—it's my passion. It's my way of celebrating the beauty of life in all its forms.
Over the past decade, I've had the honor of capturing countless moments for people in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area. But what truly makes this journey fulfilling are the incredible people I've met along the way.

Viewing & Selection
After your session, you’ll have the chance to see your photos and decide if you’d like to keep any, no obligation at all.
Q : Are the photos included?
The photoshoot experience is a gift and images are not included. You may purchase your favorite images afterwards, with flexible options available starting from $75 per image, or packages from $180.
Q : How long does the session last?
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes at one location to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience.
Q : What’s the best time for an outdoor photoshoot?
Sunset Photo Sessions (Golden Hour): The last hour before sunset is the best time for dreamy, glowing photos. The soft, golden light flatters all skin tones and adds warmth to your images. If you love a natural, radiant look, this is the perfect time for your session.
Morning Photo Sessions: Morning sessions are perfect for a fresh, energetic look! However, harsh sunlight can create unflattering shadows, so we’ll aim for shaded spots with lots of trees.
We’ll have a consultation beforehand to choose the best time and location for your session to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Feel completely at ease with a fully guided session. We'll capture a beautiful variety of portraits that reflect this season of your life, whether it's an outdoor natural light session or a studio magazine-style shoot.
Posing & Style Guidance
Not comfortable in front of the camera? No worries! I’ll guide you through each pose and help you feel confident and beautiful—making the whole experience fun and stress-free!
An Experience
The photoshoot experience is my birthday gift to you. You are not obligated to purchase anything. You may purchase your favorite images afterwards, with flexible options available starting from $75 per image, or packages from $180.
A few things to know before you book:
To secure your spot, a $75 booking fee is required. Even though this is a complimentary photoshoot, this fee ensures your session is reserved. If you decide you don’t want any images afterward, your $75 will be fully refunded.
I’ll be sharing this special experience, capturing participants as they enjoy their sessions and showing behind-the-scenes moments, stories, and highlights from each shoot.
