Supply and use of images

The photos I create are for you, but they are not to be resold or used for commercial purposes unless we’ve agreed to that—for example, if they’re for your social media or personal branding.

Online gallery and photo proofs

You are not permitted to screenshot, copy, or share any unpurchased proofs or images from your gallery. Once your payment is made in full, ownership of the final delivered images—both digital and printed—will be transferred to you. If we need to follow up for overdue payment, an admin fee may apply.

Intellectual property

All images and creative work produced by Yoko’s Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer. This includes digital files, raw images, and any material used to create your final photos. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I do not store or archive your images long-term after final delivery.
